I’ve been very excited to publish this episode with Hayden Quinn. In my last episode with James Schramko we talked about how he discovered surfing fairly late in his life, but Hayden was brought up in the waves and although due to his new found fame doesn’t surf as much as he would like to.
Hayden was a life guard and surfed nearly every day. He has a passion for food and we discussed his experience in the Master Chef House in 2012. Hayden is also a co-author of a brilliant book called ‘Surfing The Menu’ which is a new generation of the version by Curtis Stone also called Surfing the Menu: Two Chefs, One Journey: A Fresh Food Adventure
Today Hayden has his own TV show Called ‘Surfing The Menu’ which his buddy Daneil and him travel around Australia, telling stories and cooking. As you can image the coast and waves heavily infulence the show but surprisingly they don;’t get to surf that much.
He shares a great tip for the hungry surfer that’s healthy and nutritious and weird habit he does every morning.
You can find Hayden:
